We offer basic, standard and deluxe servicing, plus all kinds of repairs at competitive rates, and dream builds for your dream bike. We also offer more advanced services including brake bleeding, suspension servicing and Di2 troubleshooting.

At a Shimano Service Centre, you get excellent bike care from the people who know your bike best. You never have to worry about quality, reliability or safety. We do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you to take good care of your bike. Ask us anything. We are always happy to help and offer advice. How to book your bike in with us
Call, email or pop in to book your bike in with Cycle 360’s expert mechanics. As a Cycle 360 customer, we’ll always need your email address for contacting purposes and we’ll always give you the option to opt out of marketing communications.
It helps us if you provide our mechanics with as much detail as possible when booking your bike in with us, however our bikeshop team will always assist and wherever possible if you’re stuck!
For urgent repairs, our workshop is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday, but we will assist wherever we can on Sundays too when our bikeshop is open in the Spring/Summer time seven days a week.
