If you have ordered a bike online through us via shop.cycle360.com, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the order. Please note, our stock can change throughout the day, so we cannot guarantee at the time of purchase that the bike you are purchasing is available straight away.
- Step 1: Check availability on the product page and add to basket
- Step 2: Confirm your order by selecting free Island-wide and UK delivery* [*bikes only and on items £750 +] or collection
- Step 3: Receive confirmation of your order via email
- Step 4: Wait for our team to call you to take payment over the phone
- Step 5: Collect or have your bike delivered
Please note: Your order will be held for 7 days only if payment over the phone is not made. After this, the item(s) will go back into stock.

How will I know my order is ready?
We will contact you by phone or email to take payment over the phone. We aim to build, and test ride your bike in the quickest time possible. During peak periods, it may take a little longer for your order to be fulfilled.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order if I opted for the collection option?
Please bring a copy of your order with you to allow us to locate your order quickly and efficiently. Orders older than 7 days will be automatically cancelled.
How do I cancel/amend my order?
If you have any queries about cancelling or amending your order, please contact us by emailing, phoning or visiting us.
How will my bike be delivered if I have opted for this option?
Your bike might be in stock, but it may be in storage and not built just yet! At Cycle 360, we get your bike fully assembled and tested by one of our qualified mechanics prior to delivering it to you. Don’t forget we offer free Island-wide and UK delivery for all bikes.
